Where are you located?

Consultants in Cardiovascular Diseases, Inc. is located at 2315 Myrtle Street, Suite 190 directly behind the emergency room entrance of Saint Vincent's Health Center. Click here to view a city map of the area.

Where can I park?

Patients can park in the ramp located on the northwest corner of 24th and Myrtle Street. The ramp is connected to the building by a sky bridge that leads directly to Consultants in Cardiovascular Diseases, Inc. offices located on the first floor of the Landmark building. The sky bridge is located on the third floor of the parking ramp which connects to the first floor of our building.

What if I have trouble walking?

There are wheelchairs available as you exit the parking ramp onto the sky bridge. If you are being dropped off we have a circular drive in the front of our building. Wheelchairs are available directly inside the building lobby.

What time should I arrive?

It is recommended that patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
